District N-4 serves the province of Eastern Newfoundland . This unique geographical area has 53 Lions Clubs and 1250 members.

Lion Morgan Pardy of the Garnish Lions Club has been selected Lions District Governor for District N4 for
the upcoming Lions’ year beginning July 1.. He was formally sworn into office during the Gander DGO convention Apr. 16. The District encompasses 53 Clubs with 1,250 member from Gander east to St. John’s. A Charter member of the Garnish Lions Club for 36 years, he is the first member of the club to succeed to the District Governor office, although fellow Lion Hayden Petten served in that role before joining the Garnish Club, while a member of Conception Bay South Lions.
